The Telecom Project Manager will be responsible for the execution of planned projects with the goal of expanding and improving our service offerings while exceeding performance targets.

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilities:
1.    Develop, prepare and execute planned projects based upon organization goals and objectives
2.    Maintain project schedules and keep project resources (people, finances) on track.
3.    Report project metrics, progress, budget and quality to stakeholders at regular update meetings.
4.    Manage and maintain current and accurate records on contractors and project.
5.    Deliver completed projects, on time and on budget, while meeting organizational standards.
6.    Develop relationships with internal and external resources and maintain contact in order to monitor job progress.
7.    Provide expertise and recommendations when faced with challenges or barriers to projects.
8.    Identify, report and mitigate business risks.
9.    Ensure accurate and complete files are maintained for projects and appropriate close-out documents are distributed.
10.    Ensure that all jobs are maintained in a project tracking system, invoiced and closed with complete accuracy. 
11.    Complete other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Minimum Academic/Educational Requirements:
Post-Secondary education in Telecommunications or Management
A combination of education and relevant work experience may also be considered
Project Management Certification (PMP)
Valid Ontario Driver’s License

Required Qualifications/Skills and Experience:
5+ years in the telecommunications industry preferably in outside plant construction
5+ years of telecom project management experience
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong leadership and accountability skills
Effective organizational and communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Well-developed decision making and problem solving skills
Exceptional time management to prioritize activities

Hours of Work:
40 Hours per Week

To lead a diverse team focusing on Field Operations related to installation and maintenance of Telephone, Internet and IPTV Services with the goal of ensuring outstanding customer service, exceeding performance targets and ensuring optimal efficiencies in all processes.

Reports to:  Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilities:

1.    Align departmental planning to meet key business initiatives
•    Understand the company strategy and how it relates to the Field Services and Plant group
•    Turn concepts into ideas into actionable tasks
•    Contribute to the business and resource planning process
•    Communicate business plan and strategy to direct reports
•    Identify, report and mitigate business risks

2.    Manage People and Performance
•    Ensure direct reports understand safe work practices and oversee that they work safely
•    Communicate expectations with direct reports
•    Work with the team to troubleshoot areas of concern and assist with eliminating road blocks
•    Participate in recruiting and inducting staff who are able to meet the role expectations
•    Ensure policies and procedures are followed and standards of performance are met
•    Set challenging performance expectations and hold staff to account for delivering them
•    Conduct regular performance discussions to review progress and create development
•    plans
•    Provide regular coaching opportunities
•    Assist with removing barriers to performance and initiate cross functional team development

3.    Demonstrate Leadership
•    Advocate and maintain excellence in all work, demonstrate continuous improvement and  development
•    Demonstrate the vision and values of the organization
•    Set clear expectations of behavior and conduct

•    Develop a change plan and involve others in executing and delivering the change effectively

Required Qualifications/Skills and Experience:
5+ years in a Leadership role
Previous experience as an Installation & Repair Technician would be considered an asset
Knowledge of Telecommunications Plant facilities
Strong leadership and accountability skills
Effective organizational and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Well-developed decision making and problem solving skills
Ability to coach others, set expectations and drive performance
Exceptional time management to prioritize activities

The Sales & Marketing Manager is a key member of the leadership team and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing activities and initiatives for the organization.

Reports to:  Chief Executive Officer 

Direct Reports:  Marketing Coordinators, Sales Associates, Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all sales and marketing efforts for a wide range of communication products and services across our residential and business serving territory.
  2. Understand the organizational goals and how the sales and marketing functions will contribute in achievement of targets.
  3. Develop sales & marketing programs that are effectively delivered through an integrated channel approach.
  4. Deliver on an aggressive revenue generating plan that focuses on attracting new customers, winning back former customers, and retaining current customers.
  5. Develop, present and gain approval of a comprehensive annual sales & marketing budget.
  6. Lead in the delivery and analysis of marketing and sales programs; focus on product profitability, product mix optimization, growing average revenue per user, securing net new subscribers, enhancing response rates, etc.
  7. Manage and set performance expectations with staff and work together to address challenges and eliminate barriers to success. Provide regular coaching opportunities and ongoing feedback on performance.
  8. Uphold leadership and management accountabilities that result in the induction, performance management, learning and development of staff capability.
  9. Advocate and maintain excellence in all work, demonstrate continuous improvement and development of new ideas.
  10. Ensure the Sales & Marketing groups deliver expected results.
  11. Foster and manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders including agencies, community leaders, governments, etc.
  12. Complete other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Minimum Educational & Experience Requirements:
Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration with a specialization in Sales & Marketing 5-8 years of experience in a Marketing Role with previous leadership experience.
An appropriate combination of education and experience may be considered
CPSA Certification considered an asset Valid Ontario Driver’s License
