Toll Denial with Pin allows the customer to block the placing of all outgoing toll calls with the exception of those calls made with a designated Pin. This gives limited access to toll calling.

All passwords must be 4 digits in length
Initial password is the last 4 digits of the customer's telephone number and should be changed immediately when the service is initiated for security.

To Change the PIN
Press *12 You will hear an interrupted dial tone
Enter the old PIN - you will hear an interrupted dial tone again
Enter the new PIN - you will hear an interrupted dial tone again
Hang up

To Make a Long Distance Call
Pick up the handset Dial *13
Enter the PIN
Wait for the dial tone
Dial 1 + the area code and phone number
