Call Transfer


Setup:
(This feature is currently available only in Owen Sound and Southampton)

Call Transfer allows you to call another party during an existing call and transfer the original call to that second party.

To Transfer a Call to a Second Number:

  • Hit the flash-hook and dial the second number
  • Hang up either before or after the second number answers and the call will be transferred to their line

    Note: long distance charges will apply if the call is transferred to a second number that is out of the local calling area.
