It may be downloading new firmware. If the ethernet light is continuously flashing on and off, with nothing on the screen, it is downloading firmware. This can take anywhere from 3 or 4 minutes to 20 minutes, depending on size of the image and bandwidth available.
Contact technical support if this state continues after waiting 30 minutes without television service being restored. Interrupting the download process will restart the download and will take longer to complete. |
