Customers wishing not to receive calls during specific times may activate Do Not Disturb. This feature routes calls to a special "do not disturb" announcement and gives the customer the benefits of timesavings, privacy and security. Do Not Disturb takes precedence over call answer and messages will not be received by call answer.

To Activate Do Not Disturb:

To Deactivate Do Not Disturb:
Dial *55

Advanced Do Not Disturb
Allows customers to selectively receive calls from friends and family who dial the customer's telephone number and enter the Identification Number (PIN) established by Bruce Telecom.

To Activate Advanced Do Not Disturb:
Dial *54

To Deactivate Advanced Do Not Disturb:
Dial *55

Customer must enter a four-digit personal pin number prior to using Advanced Do Not Disturb for the first time as follows:
Enter *56
Wait for confirmation dial tone
Enter four-digit PIN number (any number you wish)
Press #
Wait for the confirmation dial tone and hang up
The PIN number can be changed at any time by repeating the above steps.
