Call Trace

Call Trace allows you to initiate an automatic trace of the last incoming call you received. A successful trace receives a success message.

To Activate Customer-Originated Trace:
Immediately after receiving an unwanted call, hang up
Dial *57 (rotary dial 1157)
Contact the police for further assistance.

Notes on Customer-Originated Trace: Traced call information is provided to a law enforcement agency only, not to the subscriber. It is essential that the Customer-Originated Trace action, pressing *57 (or rotary 1157) be done immediately after you hang up the phone following the offending call. If you delay taking action and make or receive a subsequent call, Customer-Originated Trace will not trace the original number.
