1.

Click on Start > Settings > Network and Dial-up Connections.

Double click on "Make New Connection".

This will start the Welcome Wizard.  Click "Next".

Select "Dial-up to the Internet" and click "Next" again.

Select "I want to set up my Internet connection manually, or I want to connect through a local area network (LAN)" and "Next".

Select  "I connect through a phone line and modem" and then "Next".

7.

Type in the 10 digit local telephone number to access our service and Uncheck "Use area code and dialing rules" select "Next".

Type in your User name and Password then select "Next".

9.

The wizard will ask you for a Connection name.  "Bruce Telecom" will work (remember this is just a name) and select "Next".

10.

Click "No" when asked if you wish to create an Internet mail account and select "Next".

11.

Select "Finish" to save your settings.

12.

Right click on your connection and select "Create Shortcut" and select "Yes" to place it on your Desktop.
